OUR MISSION
It is our goal to provide a fun, clean atmosphere for the community and all of it’s visitors to gather and support our wide variety of food trucks. With support from LEV Coffee shop and Pink Elephant Snowcones and Drinks, we are able to provide a temporary courtyard and enough room for four food service trucks. We think this is a great opportunity to have ‘early access’ while we proceed with construction of the final plan located just North of Pink Elephant. If you are not from Elgin, please come and enjoy the welcoming, supportive and wonderful embrace that has made this community one of the fastest growing and inviting small towns in the great state of Oklahoma.

VENDOR PARKING
We provide four vendor parking spaces. Each one can accommodate a trailer and tow vehicle. For special events, trailers will be required to be unhitched and tow vehicles moved to provide room for additional vendors.
ELECTRICAL SHORE TIES
Electrical power is provided for four food trucks. Two 50amp outlets and two 30amp twist-lock outlets. Please let us know what your power needs are so we can be sure to accommodate you!
FRESH WATER
Potable water is available at each pedestal. Be sure to follow health department rules for water/gray water ratios.
GRAY WATER DISPOSAL
Gray water disposal is included with the commissary fee.
OPENING HOURS
Open seven days a week, from 11am to 9pm. It is recommended that vendors be in place prior to 11am due to customer traffic.
